Most of our items are hand made and therefore are one of a kind and may only be replaced with a different item if an exchange is necessary. Damage caused by or during shipping must be adjusted with the shipping service.

Pre authorization must be requested by email or phone call to us.
Customer will pay all return shipping and handling costs and pay for re-ship of replaced product. There are no exceptions to this policy.
